Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 13, 2026 Privacy Policy →
Not legal advice. This is a template and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is provided to give users clear notice of the rules that govern QuestLoot, but you should not treat it as a guarantee of legal enforceability or regulatory compliance in every jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and QuestLoot LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“QuestLoot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the QuestLoot website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 16.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. QuestLoot does not knowingly permit use by anyone under 18.
  • You must be legally permitted to receive the rewards offered (gift cards, PayPal transfers, and similar) under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Some rewards may be unavailable in some regions.
  • You may maintain only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts, or an account on behalf of someone else, is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balance and termination under Section 11.
  • You represent that all information you provide during registration and afterward is accurate and current, and that you will keep it up to date.
  • You may not create or use an account if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria), or if you are listed on any applicable U.S. government denied-party or sanctions list. We may restrict registration or cashouts based on your location as determined from your IP address or other information available to us.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Notify us immediately at support@questloot.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We offer optional two-factor authentication and passkeys; we strongly recommend enabling them. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. How QuestLoot Works

QuestLoot lets you complete “quests” — milestones inside third-party games and apps made available through our offer-provider partners — in exchange for a USD-denominated balance credited to your account. Offer providers, not QuestLoot, determine whether you have satisfied a quest’s requirements and report completions to us. We display estimated payouts and time estimates for convenience only; they are not guarantees, and actual payout amounts and crediting times are controlled by the offer provider and may change or be delayed without notice.

Surveys. QuestLoot also lists surveys from survey networks (currently CPX Research, ayeT-Studios, and Prime Earn). The survey network, not QuestLoot, decides whether you qualify for a survey and whether you completed it, and reports the result to us. A survey you do not qualify for, or do not complete, is not credited. Listed payouts are estimates, a completion may later be reversed (see Section 7), and the surveys shown to you may vary with the optional profile information you choose to provide.

Tasks. Members who have completed identity verification may also post small paid tasks for other members to complete. The total payout for a task is taken from the poster’s available balance when the task is posted and held until each spot is resolved; tasks are subject to limits we set on payout, number of spots, and completion time. A member who claims a spot must submit proof (text, images, or both) within the completion time, or the claim lapses and the spot reopens. The poster may approve the proof, which pays the member the stated payout, or deny it, in which case the member may submit again up to a limit or ask us to review it. If the poster does not decide within the review period (currently 48 hours), the proof is approved and paid automatically. Where a decision is disputed, we decide whether the member is paid or the poster is refunded. A poster may cancel spots that nobody has claimed and is refunded for them; claimed spots cannot be cancelled. A task payout is credited to the member’s balance and is treated like any other balance under Section 6. Posting a task for yourself, or through accounts you control, is prohibited, and tasks are covered by the fraud and prohibited-conduct provisions in Sections 7 and 8. QuestLoot may also post tasks itself.

Availability and validity. Quests are made available by offer providers, and QuestLoot does not set a fixed period for which a quest is valid. A quest may be added, changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time, and may be available only to some users — for example, depending on your country, your device, or whether you are a new user of the offer provider’s app. A quest you have already started may stop being available or stop being credited if the offer provider ends it.

Time limits and expiry. Some quests, and some milestones within a quest, have a time limit set by the offer provider. We show any limit on the quest, for example “Complete within 30 days” or, once you have started, a countdown. The offer provider measures the limit on its own clock, which may start when you first click through to the offer or install the app, not when you tap “Start Quest” on QuestLoot. The time we display is therefore an estimate, and the offer provider’s records control. If you do not complete a quest or milestone within its limit, it will not be credited, and we will show it as expired in your account. A quest with no stated limit ends when the offer provider ends it. A reward already credited to your balance does not expire because its quest has ended; see Section 6 for when a balance can expire.

5. Signup Bonuses & Credits

New accounts may be credited a promotional signup bonus. The bonus is credited in locked steps, and it cannot be cashed out until a step unlocks. A step unlocks as you earn: completed offers and surveys, approved task payouts, and cash bonus codes all count toward unlocking, but the signup and referral bonuses themselves do not. The number and size of the steps, and how much you need to earn for each, are as shown at signup and on your account dashboard; if we change them later, existing accounts keep the steps they were granted. Promotional credits have no cash value on their own and are non-transferable. Only one signup bonus is available per person and per household. We may modify, revoke, or claw back promotional credits if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that they were obtained through fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, or a violation of these Terms.

Bonus codes. A bonus code you redeem either adds a stated cash amount to your balance or increases the rewards you earn from offers for a limited time, as described with the code. Each code can be redeemed once per account, may have a limit on the total number of redemptions, and may be withdrawn at any time. A cash bonus code counts toward unlocking your signup bonus, as described above, and we may revoke or reverse a bonus code credit in the same circumstances as promotional credits.

Referral bonuses. Referring friends opens to you once your signup bonus is fully unlocked. Referral bonuses work the same way as other promotional credits and are additionally governed by our Referral Terms & Conditions.

6. Balance, Payouts & Cashouts

  • Your account balance is a record of amounts we owe you, not a deposit, security, or stored-value instrument, and does not earn interest.
  • Cashout requests are fulfilled one of two ways, depending on the payout method you choose: through a third-party payments partner, who issues the reward you select (e.g. gift card or PayPal transfer) directly to you, or, for a cryptocurrency payout, sent directly by us from a QuestLoot-controlled wallet to the destination address you provide. Delivery times, available reward types, and any of the payments partner's own terms are outside our control.
  • Payout methods. At the time of these Terms, cashouts can be redeemed for gift cards, PayPal transfers, and prepaid Visa or Mastercard cards, issued through our third-party payments partner, requested in whole U.S. dollar amounts with a minimum of $5; or sent directly as Bitcoin (Lightning), Litecoin, Dogecoin, or Solana to a wallet address you provide, with a minimum of $0.50. The methods, currencies, brands, and denominations offered vary by country and by account, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are not guaranteed to be available when you request a cashout. We do not currently pay out by bank transfer. A cryptocurrency payout is sent to the exact address you provide and cannot be reversed, recalled, or redirected once sent — you are responsible for providing a correct, compatible destination address, and we are not liable for funds lost to an incorrect or incompatible address you supplied.
  • We may set minimum cashout amounts, review or hold a cashout for fraud or compliance checks before it is approved, and reject a cashout request that fails review. Rejected cashouts are returned to your account balance.
  • Before your first cashout, we may require you to complete identity verification through our third-party identity-verification partner, which can include submitting a government-issued ID and a selfie/liveness check. We may also apply limits such as one cashout request per 24-hour period, a flexible, risk-based review process that can include a temporary holding period before a cashout is approved, and a site-wide daily limit on the total amount of cashouts we process, any of which may delay approval or payment of your cashout.
  • Balances may expire or be forfeited if an account is terminated for violating these Terms, or if an account is inactive for an extended period as disclosed to you at that time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • If an offer provider does not honor a completion. We credit your balance when an offer provider reports a completion to us. If an offer provider does not report a completion, delays it, declines it, reverses it (see Section 7), or ends the quest, we are not obligated to credit you, and we are not liable for the offer provider’s failure to pay. If you believe a completion should have been credited, contact us at support@questloot.io with the quest name, the dates, and any confirmation you have. We may review it and, at our discretion, raise it with the offer provider, but we cannot guarantee an outcome.
  • If a reward is not delivered. Once we approve a cashout, the reward is issued by our payments partner, or, for a cryptocurrency payout, sent by us to your provided address. If a partner-issued reward is not delivered, or the reward link or card fails or expires, contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve it with the partner, which may include having the reward reissued where the partner allows it. Delivery, availability, and the validity period of the reward are governed by the partner’s own terms, and our liability is limited as set out in Section 13. A cryptocurrency payout sent to the address you provided is final once sent, for the reasons described above.

7. Fraud, Reversals & Account Holds

Offer providers may reverse a previously reported completion (for example, due to fraud or a refund on their end); when that happens we debit the corresponding amount from your balance, which may bring your balance to zero or below even if you have already spent or cashed out those funds — a negative balance must be earned back before further cashouts are available. We may place a temporary hold on an account or balance while we investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs/proxies to mask your location, or any other automated or deceptive means to complete or appear to complete offers;
  • Create or use more than one account, or use an offer provider’s service in a manner that violates that provider’s own terms;
  • Provide false information to us or to an offer provider, or misrepresent your identity, age, or location;
  • Attempt to interfere with, probe, or bypass the security of the Service or any offer provider’s systems, including our identity-verification or device-identification checks, or submit a fraudulent or altered document during identity verification; or
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

9. Third-Party Offers & Services

Quests link to games, apps, and services operated by independent offer providers, cashouts are fulfilled by a third-party payments partner, and identity verification (Section 6) is performed by a third-party identity-verification partner. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, availability, security, or conduct of any such third-party provider. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and the QuestLoot name and logo, is owned by QuestLoot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or for any other reason, including discontinuing the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 12–15, and 17) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular offer, payout amount, or cashout will be available or processed within any particular time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, questloot and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or (b) one hundred u.s. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuestLoot and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. You and QuestLoot each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
