Our Commitment

We want QuestLoot to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or reduced motion. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

We have not had the site audited by an outside party, so we do not claim that it fully conforms. This page says what we have done, what we have not finished, and what we know does not work for everyone.

What We Have Built In

  • A “Skip to main content” link and page landmarks on every page.
  • Form fields have visible labels. Errors appear next to the field they belong to and are announced to screen readers.
  • Pages, forms and dialogs are built to be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. A dialog keeps focus inside it until it is closed.
  • Text and controls use colours chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Animation is reduced or stopped if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • The site works on phone screens down to 360 pixels wide, and buttons and links on phones are given a tap area of about 44 pixels.
  • Our code is checked automatically for common accessibility mistakes in the page templates, and for the skip link and landmarks.

What We Have Not Finished

On October 22, 2026 we ran the automated checking tools axe and Lighthouse over our public pages and the main pages you see when signed in, at desktop and phone widths, and fixed what they found. Automated tools find only part of the problems, and we have not yet tested the site with a screen reader, so we do not know how it sounds in use. We plan to do that before launch, and we will update this page with what we find.

Known Limitations

  • The security check. Signing up, logging in, resetting a password and sending us a message include a short bot check that runs in your browser. It needs JavaScript and takes a second or two, and there is no other kind of challenge to use instead. If it stops you, tell us and we will look into it.
  • Other companies’ pages. The offers, surveys and identity check we link to are run by our partners and open in their own pages, which we do not control. Their accessibility, and whether their videos have captions, is up to them.

Tell Us About a Barrier

If something on QuestLoot is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@questloot.io or use our contact form. A person reads every message. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use if you can.
